CURANDERISMO WORKSHOP
Mexican Traditional Healing
Uncover your capacity for healing in this unique hands-on workshop. Healers from CEDEHC (Cuernavaca, Mexico) will show you how to prepare holistic treatments that heal the mind, body and spirit. For over 25 years, CEDEHC has pioneered the teaching and practice of these ancient "curanderismo" techniques that continue to be used in Mexico. You will leave the workshop knowing a range of treatments including:
- how to treat physical & spiritual trauma with herbal remedies
- how to liberate emotions with limpias, energetic cleansings
- how to alleviate chronic pain with hot and cold home remedies
- how to relieve stress with sobada techniques
This course - like all CEDEHC courses - will be taught in a supportive and caring environment with instructors who encourage you to learn, practice and integrate ancient healing therapies in your everyday life.
The emphasis of the workshop - and the mission of CEDEHC - is to awaken your holistic potential and give you specific tools to heal yourself and others.
